Business Analyst (Payments)

Acting as the key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams.
Understanding and assessing business operations, identifying issues and opportunities and recommending appropriate business solutions.
Ensuring proper translation of business requirements and processes into structured documentation.
Facilitating the implementation and deployment of system changes to internal and external stakeholders by providing them with support, advice and guidance throughout the whole project life cycle.
Being the guardian of the project business scope.
Supporting other IT colleagues through the project development process, including testing and deployment phases.
Leading and coaching of other BA team members.

Strong Payments BA Knowledge - ISO 20022 format.
Expertise in MX Cash (PACS.008, PACS.009, CAMT052, CAMT053, CAMT.054 cash messages).
Good understanding of the cash services.
Very good analytical skills.
Good listener and communicator at similar levels in the company.
Openness to change (agile methodology).
Proactive and good team player.
