Business Analyst – Multifonds platform (f/m/x)

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements related to Transfer Agency (TA) and Investment Services (IS) processes
Work extensively with the Multifonds platform to analyze configurations, functionalities, and integration points
Collaborate with technical teams on system enhancements, integrations (including SWIFT), and blockchain-related initiatives
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
Support testing activities, including UAT coordination and validation
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams in an Agile delivery environment

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business/System Analyst
Hands-on experience with the Multifonds platform
Strong knowledge of Transfer Agency (TA) and Investment Services (IS) operations
Understanding of SWIFT messaging and blockchain technology
Experience working in Agile methodologies
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams
Proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and goal-oriented approach
Very good command of both English and Polish (spoken and written)
Residing in Poland required
