Business Analyst - CORE R&D

Work model: fully remote in RomaniaAssignment type: B2B (through own PFA/SRL)Project length: 6 months + extensions.Project language: English.Industry: Ad Tech industrySummary: The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in translating the company's strategic vision into actionable plans for development by bridging the gap between product management and development teams.Main Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with the CPO, Business Architect, and stakeholders to document the business vision.Lead requirements elicitation sessions to define functional and non-functional specifications.Convert high-level epics into detailed User Stories complete with Acceptance Criteria.Maintain critical documentation like process flows and business rules in Confluence.Manage the product backlog in Jira to ensure prioritization and grooming.Act as the liaison for Scrum teams to clarify requirements and ensure smooth operations during sprints.Key Requirements:5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex software development.Proven Agile/Scrum expertise.Mastery in requirements elicitation and User Story creation.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Nice to Have:Experience in the Ad Tech industry.Experience with SaaS and multi-tenant platforms.Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.Understanding of API-first and microservices architectures.Other Details:Team Structure: Agile teamsReporting Lines: Reports to CPOProject Context: Development of a new SaaS advertising platformTools/Methodologies: Jira, Confluence, Agile/Scrum
