Your responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on requirements.
• Analyze business processes, datasets, and systems to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead or support the development of automated data lineage solutions to improve visibility, governance, and traceability across data pipelines.
• Apply generative AI and advanced analytics to automate workflows and extract insights.
• Gather, validate, and document business and data requirements for new projects and enhancements.
• Translate technical designs and analytical outputs into business-friendly language.
• Investigate data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate on corrective actions.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support informed decision-making.
• Continuously explore data sources, tools, and products to uncover new value opportunities.

Our requirements

• Proven experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of data architecture and ability to interpret complex data concepts.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure within tight timelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team.
• Knowledge of BCBS239 is desirable.
• Familiarity with data management tools (e.g., Collibra, Atlas, QlikSense) is a plus.
• Ability to interpret and articulate SQL and Python code is an advantage.
• Master’s degree preferred.
