You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate data into meaningful insights, ensuring high-quality analytical models and scalable reporting solutions. If you are independent, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a business environment - this role is for you.What you will do:Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards following data visualization best practicesBuild, maintain, and optimize analytical data modelsCreate and maintain business calculations using DAXDevelop and maintain documentation for analytical models and reporting solutionsDefine and implement Power BI standards and best practices across the organizationConduct Power BI workshops and knowledge-sharing sessionsPerform business analysis to define reporting requirements and project scopeValidate and verify data using SQL queriesCollaborate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment between reporting solutions and business needsContinuously improve data quality, performance, and usability of reporting solutionsRequirements:Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with Power BIExperience working in a business environment and collaborating with non-technical stakeholdersStrong knowledge of:Power BI Desktop & Power BI ServiceData modeling (star schema, relationships, performance optimization)DAX (advanced calculations and measures)SQL (data validation, querying, troubleshooting)Understanding of data visualization best practices and UX principles in reportingExperience in gathering and analyzing business requirementsAbility to work independently and take initiativeStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication skills and ability to conduct workshopsEnglish- min.
