BI / Data Engineer

We are looking for Data Engineers/BI Developers to join our team and take responsibility for designing, developing, and optimising Business Intelligence and data analytics solutions. We are seeking candidates with experience across the entire data analytics lifecycle who are comfortable working at the intersection of data, technology, and business.Depending on your experience level (Regular or Senior), you will be involved in advanced data modeling, performance optimisation, data visualisation, and the development of scalable data infrastructures. You will work with large datasets, ensuring high data quality, reliability, and availability across the organisation.Requirements:Strong experience with SQL or similar query languagesHands-on experience with BI toolsExperience with ETL / ELT data processingSolid knowledge of data modeling and optimisation techniquesUnderstanding of data quality management and KPI monitoringExperience working in cloud-based data ecosystemsAbility to create scripts for process automation (SQL, Python, Scala)Experience collaborating with business stakeholdersStrong communication skills and ability to gather business requirementsFluent English, both written and spokenNice to Have:Experience working with large-scale data platformsKnowledge of data warehouse and data lake architecturesProactive mindset and willingness to grow within data and analytics domainsMain responsibilities:Design, develop, and optimise BI and data analytics solutionsParticipate in the full data lifecycle: ingestion, transformation, modeling, and visualisationBuild, maintain, and optimise data models (e.g. LookML, Analysis Services)Develop and manage ETL / ELT data processing pipelinesWork with large-scale datasets and ensure data quality, consistency, and availabilityAutomate data processing and analytics workflows using SQL, Python, or ScalaMonitor data quality and KPI metricsSupport business stakeholders by delivering data analyses and actionable insightsGather and translate business requirements into technical solutionsCollaborate closely with technical and non-technical teams
