Your tasks

About the Role

Do you have experience leading large-scale stock condition surveys and coordinating teams of surveyors?

As part of their national team, you will play a pivotal role i managing survey programmesn , ensuring quality data, and building strong client relationships.

Role highlights:

• Lead mass stock condition survey projects and manage freelance/agency teams
• Liaise closely with clients, ensuring legislative complianceaccurate reporting
• asset strategies, investment planning, and regulatory compliance
• Manchester or London
• Support the development of junior team members and contribute to business growth

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in housing consultancy or a housing organisation (client-side or consultancy)
• housing legislation, building safety, and compliance
• manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills—able to present findings and influence clients
• Ideally MRICS or CIH qualified (or working towards)
• commercially aware
