Your tasks:

• Supporting customers of a well-known social media brand.
• Answering emails and chat inquiries in English.

Our requirements:    

• Upper intermediate English skills (min. B2).
• Availability for 5 days of implementation training on site in Poznań (including 3 working days + 2 weekend days).
• Availability to cooperate 4 to 8 weekend days (Saturdays and Sundays) in a month (we need most of your support at the weekend, but you are also welcome from Monday to Friday).
• Excellent computer skills (including speed typing).

We offer:

• Fully paid implementation training.
• Contract of mandate for an indefinite period.
• On-site work in the city centre of Poznan.
• Hourly rate of  31,40 PLN gross/hour.
• Schedule between 9 AM and 5 PM.

Recruitment process:

• English verification - spoken and written.
• Online interview with a recruitment representative and Team Manager - during the meeting, we’ll ask you some questions, take an online speed typing test and tell you more about how the project works daily.
