BACK OFFICE agent with English - Social Madia Ninja

Join a leading social media brand and become Back Office agent! We're looking for someone with strong English skills and excellent computer proficiency to help us maintain a safe online community.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting customers of a well-known social media brand.
• Answering emails and chat inquiries in English.

Requirements:

• Upper intermediate English skills (min. B2).
• Availability for 5 days of implementation training on site in Poznań - training starts 09.02.2026.
• Available for a minimum 140 hours and 2 weekends per month.
• Excellent computer skills (including speed typing).

What we offer:

• Fully paid implementation training.
• Civil contract for one year.
• Hourly rate of 31,40 PLN gross/hour.
• Schedule from Monday to Sunday from between 9 AM and 5 PM (after the training and mentoring period).
