We’re currently seeking a B2B Sales Intern to join our growing team in Heidelberg.
Your tasks
In this role, you’ll work directly with the Founder & CEO and the leadership team to support B2B sales strategy, client acquisition, and relationship management. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape business growth in a purpose-driven, entrepreneurial environment.
Tasks
As the B2B Sales Intern, you will:
Support lead generation and client outreach, including CRM data maintenance.
Help prepare pitch decks, client proposals, and meeting presentations.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Manage inbound client inquiries and assist with sales analytics and reporting.
Participate in business development meetings and support strategic initiatives.
Assist in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth execution of client activities.
Travel occasionally with the team within Germany and the EU.
Your profile
Requirements
You’re a great fit if you’re:
A proactive, detail-oriented self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Sustainability, or a related field.
Proficient in German (minimum C1 level) — and English essential for professional communication with clients and partners.
Prior experience or internship in B2B sales, client relationship management, business development, or account management is highly desirable (experience in a startup is a plus).
Passionate about sustainability and circular business models, eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment.
Willing to actively support both business development and daily operations.
Ready to relocate to Heidelberg and work onsite as part of a collaborative and dynamic team.
