Atlassian Solutions Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining solutions that support project, portfolio, and process management within the Atlassian Jira environment and related tools (BigPicture, Confluence, etc.).The role combines the competencies of a business analyst, process owner, and tool expert in the PPM (Project Portfolio Management) area.Responsibilities:• Analyzing and modeling project, portfolio, and operational processes.• Designing and configuring solutions in Jira Software and Jira Service Management.• Working with PPM add ons like BigPicture, Advanced Roadmaps, Structure.• Supporting PMO with project methodology and reporting standards.• Translating business requirements into system configuration (workflows, fields, automations, permissions).• Building and maintaining project, program, and portfolio structures in Jira and BigPicture.• Creating dashboards and reports (JQL, eazyBI, BigPicture Reports).• Running workshops with users, Product Owners, and Project Managers.• Taking part in Jira Cloud and Data Center implementation projects.• Cooperating with administrators and IT teams.• Running client workshops and presenting demo solutions.• Preparing product presentations and use cases for sales support.Requirements:• At least 3 years of experience as a business or system analyst.• At least 2 years of experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, BigPicture).• Experience in project environments (PMO, portfolio, agile, hybrid).• Very good knowledge of Jira Software and Jira Service Management.• Knowledge of BigPicture or BigGantt.• Ability to create reports and dashboards.• Good knowledge of Confluence.• Understanding of PPM processes.Nice to have:• Knowledge of Jira Align.• Experience with Jira integrations (Power BI, ERP, ServiceNow).• Knowledge of UML or BPMN.• Knowledge of project management methods like PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe.What can we offer:Flexible forms of employment and working hours (CoE or B2B)An interesting, challenging job in the dynamically developing Capital Group company;Work on innovative projects using modern technologies;Direct impact on shaping the image of the Capital Group's companies on the market;Possibility to develop competences in a wide range;Attractive salary;Stability of employment and a friendly work atmosphere;Cool benefits, among others integration meetings, internal company competitions, fruit Tuesdays, sweet Thursdays and much more;
