About the project

Your responsibilities

• Administering, configuring, and providing ongoing maintenance of Atlassian Cloud environments for clients
• Managing system settings and optimizing Atlassian environments in line with best practices and business requirements
• Troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support
• Delivering integrations and data migrations between Atlassian systems and other platforms used by the client
• Managing user accounts, permissions, and other access and security aspects within the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem
• Creating, updating, and maintaining technical documentation
• Collaborating with clients on implementing business processes using Atlassian tools and Marketplace applications

Our requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in implementing and administering the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem
• Strong operational expertise in Jira, Confluence, Loom, and Rovo, including a solid understanding of their functionalities and integrations within the System of Work
• Proven ability to administer Atlassian Cloud Organization and Atlassian Guard, with a focus on security architecture and Identity Provider (IdP) integration
• Practical experience in building Automation Rules and working with the Jira REST API
• Involvement in Jira and Confluence on‑premise to Atlassian Cloud migration projects
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective and scalable tool configurations
• Experience in documenting implemented processes and configurations in line with solution architecture standards
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required

Optional

• Hands-on experience with popular Atlassian Marketplace apps such as ScriptRunner, Tempo Suite, Xray, BigPicture, and eazyBI
• Familiarity with additional Atlassian Cloud applications, including Focus, Talent, Compass, Bitbucket, and Statuspage, also within the context of the System of Work, as well as on‑premise tools like Bamboo and Jenkins
• Experience in integrating systems using platforms such as OpsHub, Getint Integration Platform, and ScriptRunner Connect
• Ability to support, administer, and maintain Atlassian Data Center environments
• Atlassian certifications confirming expertise
