Financial Acumen: Monitor supplier/commodity finances and trends to identify risks and opportunities, Negotiation: Lead cross-organization contracts,, Software: Advanced Excel skills (Pivots, Formulas, Charts, etc), Presentation skills: Present to Level 2 and 3, within organization, Organization: Coordinating tasks with other and being a primary point for project information, Lean: Advanced knowledge of tools and lean skills, lead problem solving activities, own key metrics and actions, drive improvement activities within project, SME in lean tools and ability to identify opportunities at other sites (SYK and Supplier), Manufacturing Process Knowledge: SME in single technology, provide guidance to other division team members, leverage knowledge for negotiations and financial estimations, strong tie in with global category team, Stakeholder Management: Influencing, Prioritization, Escalation, Communication: excellent interpersonal skills (able to express ideas and collaborate effectively) with division and project teams, with occasional oversight. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability and willingness to communicate effectively and influence cross-functional team members, as well as external contacts., Bachelor's Degree in Supply Management, Business, Finance, Engineering or related field., 6+ years experience minimum, including experience in Supply Management with focus on strategic sourcing and supplier development is desirable, Knowledge and application of supplier contract strategy, negotiations, contractual terms, and contract administration.
