AR Collection Specialist (Czech/Slovak and English)

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field, or equivalent experience., Several years of experience in collections, including advanced-level responsibilities., Knowledge of collections regulations and basic accounting principles., Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills., Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP/collections systems., Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and stay organized., Strong customer service mindset and mentoring abilities., Fluency in Czech or Slovak and English.
