Opis stanowiska

Join our client's dynamic and innovative international organization, known for prioritizing sustainability and investing in their team. A collaborative and inclusive workplace culture thrives here, valuing diversity and fostering professional growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain and manage customer master data, ensuring accurate entries and updates. Review, amend, and post various customer invoices (including sales and waste invoices) and credit notes within the accounting system. Conduct regular cash collection activities, communicating with customers via email and managing payment reminders. Settle payments within the accounting system and oversee outstanding items for customer and intercompany accounts. Take full ownership of reconciling external and intercompany accounts regularly, liaising with accounts representatives as necessary. Execute month-end closing procedures and reporting in alignment with process requirements and deadlines. Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and internal controls, including proper tax deductions in accordance with local laws while supporting audits. Participate in transition sessions and knowledge transfers, assisting in the process improvement and documentation creation. Analyze, document, and enhance existing accounts receivable processes.  REQUIREMENTS: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. You bring at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivables or a similar finance function, preferably in a Shared Service Center (SSC) or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment. Experience with process transitions and creating detailed documentation is advantageous. Familiarity with D365 is a plus. You possess a strong customer-centric mindset and are proactive with keen attention to detail. You're motivated, dedicated, and a team player who flourishes in a fast-paced, evolving start-up atmosphere. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German, and a B2 English.
