Applied Machine Learning Researcher (f/m/x)

Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve and scale production machine learning systems and applications
Design, prototype, and evaluate AI/ML-driven software solutions
Build, validate, and maintain robust, production-quality code
Develop libraries and frameworks that enable reliable, well-tested systems
Demonstrate technical leadership by managing cross‑team initiatives
Represent the company at industry conferences and within open‑source communities

Minimum 5 years of experience as an AI/ ML Researcher or in a similar role
Solid experience in AI/ML domains, such as machine learning, deep learning, NLP, information retrieval, time series, or recommender systems
Strong programming skills and the ability to write production-ready code
Proven background in researching, prototyping, and evaluating AI/ML solutions
Experience working with complex data challenges in regulated industries (finance experience is a plus)
Openness to hybrid work from the Warsaw office
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required
