Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field., Experience in spare parts procurement, public tenders, aftersales, or industrial components (preferred)., Knowledge of ERP systems and proficiency in Excel., Understanding of public procurement rules and tender submission processes, including Polish regulations., Ability to interpret technical descriptions and classify parts correctly., Strong analytical and numerical skills for pricing, margin calculations, and LCC analyses., High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate across departments., Ability to work under pressure, meet strict tender deadlines, and apply a problem‑solving, adaptable mindset.
