AI Transformation & Enablement Lead

Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP consulting or implementation projects (IFS experience will be an advantage)., Experience in designing and actually implementing operational processes in a project-driven environment., Practical knowledge of AI tools used in business environments (LLMs, automation tools, integrations, workflows, MLOps/AI Ops)., Experience as a Project Manager, Solution Architect, Delivery Lead, or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the full project lifecycle., Experience in digital transformation or organization-wide optimization initiatives., Strong systemic and structured thinking., Clear ROI orientation and focus on measurable business outcomes., Ability to translate technology into tangible financial and operational benefits., Strong leadership skills with the ability to build authority and enforce standards across multi-branch environment., A pragmatic approach to innovation - focused on outcomes rather technology hype.
