Your responsibilities
- Lead the technical development of the platform
- Continue development of the existing codebase
- Improve and refactor architecture where necessary
- Develop and optimize AI-driven recruitment workflows

- Collaborate closely with the business co-founder on product strategy
Our requirements
- Fluent English (C1/C2/native)
- Experience with LLMs, AI products, SaaS platforms, and modern web architecture will be highly valuable.
- We are open to candidates at different stages of their career - including students or first-time founders - but experience in one or more of the following areas would be valuable:
- Strong full-stack or backend engineering experience
- Experience building AI or SaaS products
- Ability to own the product technically from MVP to scalable platform
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build a company
