AI Process Reinvention Executive (ICH Europe)

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in process transformation, operational excellence, or digital/AI-driven business change, Proven ability to lead teams and manage project delivery end-to-end, ​Strong client and stakeholder relationship management skills - you're comfortable in the room with C-suite and senior leadership, Ability to formulate and defend well-founded points of view on how processes should be redesigned in the age of AI, Effective storytelling, both visual (PowerPoint) and oral, in English, Proactive ownership mindset - you drive outcomes, not just tasks, Solid understanding of the technology landscape relevant to process reinvention, including frameworks (e.g. LLM-powered copilots, autonomous agents, agentic architectures), GenAI & Agentic AI (e.g. n8n, Make, Zapier), Process Intelligence (e.g. Celonis, Signavio), Hyperautomation & RPA (e.g. UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere), ERP architectures (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and how processes run within them, and integration/data pipeline concepts (e.g. APIs, ETL, data lakes), Attention to detail and analytical rigor, BONUS POINTS IF YOU ARE AND HAVE:, Experience in professional services or consulting (strong advantage), In-depth knowledge of at least one process area (e.g. P2P, O2C, R2R, H2R), Hands-on experience with any of the tools listed above, Experience with business development activities (proposals, orals, client pitches), Background in change management or organizational transformation
