Your responsibilities

• Define and drive AI strategy across multiple projects and clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term value.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives — from identifying opportunities and shaping solutions, through modeling and validation, to full production rollout.

• Architect scalable ML and Generative AI systems on modern cloud platforms, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
• Promote and implement agentic AI patterns and LLM-based architectures wherever they bring measurable impact.
• Establish and enforce engineering excellence, including CI/CD, MLOps best practices, model evaluation frameworks, and robust observability standards.
• Mentor and guide data scientists and ML engineers, supporting their technical growth and ensuring high-quality output.
• Ensure production readiness of all AI solutions, focusing on reliability, cost efficiency, performance, and governance.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define roadmaps, set priorities, and drive successful project outcomes.
• Balance innovation with pragmatism, choosing solutions that deliver both technological advancement and sustainable long-term value.term value.

Our requirements

• Proven experience delivering AI systems into production.
• Expertise in ML, Generative AI and agentic AI architectures.
• Hands-on experience with at least two cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure).
• Strong Python skills and a production focused engineering mindset.
• Solid experience with CI/CD and modern MLOps practices.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake.
• Experience in leading teams or technical workstreams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.
• High ownership, autonomy and a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
