A certified B Corporation®, Netguru is trusted by major brands including IKEA, VW, OLX, Delivery Hero, Żabka, Wolt, Careem, and Vinted.As an AI Engineer at Netguru, you will be:Implementing Azure OpenAI API for applications.Implementing RAG systems.Working with open source models to fine-tune and apply them for clients.Experimenting with different ML techniques.Creating PoC, MVP of AI applications.Designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models.Leading AI project implementations.Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams.Researching new techniques, models and approaches to apply AI in retail, healthcare, finance and general industries .Salary ranges:PLN 12 000 - 19 200 monthly before tax (Long-term contract (B2B)) + 16 paid days off.PLN 10 000 - 16 000 monthly gross (Contract of employment).RequirementsMust have:Previous experience with software development (ideally 2-5 years of commercial experience);Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI frameworks.Familiarity with PyTorch, Tensorflow;Familiarity with OpenAI API, Azure OpenAI API;Knowledge how RAG, embeddings, vector databases work;Knowledge how GraphRAG workKnolwedge of embeddings, reranking and database optimization for embeddingsExpierience with agentic workflow, how it works, how to define toolsExperience with frameworks like autogen (AI Agent), guidance (Structured information)Experience in cloud-based AI development (e.g., AWS, Azure).Knowledge of voice chatbots, voice processing, speaker diarization.Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.Ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers.Excellent communication skills in English – both verbal and written (C1+).Based in European Union.Nice to have:Familiarity with open source GPT models, llama, mistral;Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).Examples in portfolio using ML models, e.g. GPT, Stable Diffusion etc.;Industry-specific AI experience (e.g., healthcare, finance).AI Certification like e.g. AI-900, AI-102.BenefitsPerks & benefits:Access to the WorkSmile platform offering benefits adapted to your preferences:Multisport card,Private health insurance package,Life insurance,And hundreds of other options to choose from 15 categories (shopping, leisure, travel, food, etc.).Discounts on Apple products.Performance Bonus.Various internal initiatives: webinars, knowledge-sharing sessions, internal conferences.16 paid days off.Don't hesitate and apply right away!At Netguru, we're committed to creating an inclusive environment for everyone.
