AI Change and Adoption Manager (h/f)

The AI Change and Adoption Manager is tasked with driving the understanding, adoption, and effective use of an AI Factory, which plays a pivotal role in the client's digital transformation initiative. This role acts as a liaison between technical teams and end users, ensuring that the value of AI initiatives is clearly communicated and realized across the organization.Main Responsibilities:Drive the adoption of the AI Factory among both technical and non-technical user communities.Design and implement change and adoption strategies that align with the AI Factory roadmap.Identify and mitigate risks related to adoption and usability.Collaborate with the AI Factory Product Owner to understand and influence product priorities.Create high-quality enablement materials and documentation related to AI Factory capabilities.Design and support training sessions and workshops for various stakeholders.Monitor adoption metrics and user satisfaction, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Build and execute a structured communication strategy to promote AI Factory initiatives.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Digital, Engineering, Data, Computer Science, or a related field.Demonstrated exposure to AI, data platforms, or digital products.Experience with content creation, video editing, or design tools.Languages: Fluent in English; good level in French.Nice to Have:Experience in change management within technology-driven environments.Knowledge of project management methodologies.Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles.
