The description of duties is a presented below:

  • to support in drafting and/or reviewing financial and other certificates and dispatching them to the staff members;
  • to support in preparing or checking financial documents, as requested;
  • to monitor functional mailboxes and ticketing system and communicate with internal and external parties;
  • to carry out data entry and support an administration and monitoring of electronic databases;
  • to support in drafting notes, letters, reports and follow ups on documents;
  • to assist in the organisations of online and physical meetings and drafting minutes as necessary;
  • to provide administrative support in general administrative procedures;
  • to perform basic administrative tasks as copying, scanning, archiving, etc.
