The description of duties is a presented below:

  • Contribute to development of environmental policy
  • Revision and filing of documents for the Environmental Management System (EMS)
  • Supporting tasks, activities, initiatives, and deliverables related to environmental management and sustainability
  • Assisting with other tasks, activities, initiatives, and deliverables in the field of facility management
  • Supporting the coordination and monitoring of projects and contracts, performing various contract management tasks
  • Assisting with the preparation of procurement requests, technical specifications and other procurement related documentation
  • Collecting and analysing data, preparing tables, databases, graphs and other data reports
  • Keeping the knowledge base and administrative framework up to date, drafting articles, announcements etc in communication channels
  • Drafting notes, letters, reports, follow correspondence, internal communication etc
  • Organising and assisting during meetings, draft minutes where necessary
  • Assisting with daily correspondence
  • Keeping documents and administrative files up-to-date and in good order
