We are looking for a proactive and well‑organized person to support our People&Ops team in a wide range of administrative and office management tasks and be willing to develop in this area. This role is well‑suited for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and can easily switch between different responsibilities.You should feel comfortable multitasking, solving unexpected problems, and stepping in to help whenever needed. A hands‑on attitude, reliability, and openness to untypical or ad‑hoc tasks are essential. If you like keeping things in order, supporting others, and contributing to a positive office atmosphere, you will thrive in this role.Organizing company events and team-building activitiesYou’ll help create moments that bring people together and strengthen our culture.Handling office purchases and creating gift packages for employeesFrom practical supplies to creative surprises - you’ll make the office a great place to work. Small details can make a big difference in how people feel at work.Coordinating the travel management systemYou’ll make sure business trips are organized efficiently and employees have the support they need.Managing employee benefits and liaising with providersBenefits are part of how we care for our team.
