Your Key Responsibilities Developing, maintaining, and automating regular and ad hoc accounts receivable reports including aging reports, collections forecasts, cash application reports, and customer payment trendsAnalyzing AR data to identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process and results improvementsCollaborating with AR specialists and finance leadership to ensure data accuracy and timely reportingPerforming quarter-end and year-end close activities by providing accurate AR reporting and reconciliation insightsAssisting in the development and improvement of AR metrics and KPIs to track performance against departmental goalsParticipating in system upgrades and implementations related to AR reporting tools and ERP systemsEnsuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all reporting activitiesManaging and coordinating of full ICS Cycle for AR departmentContinuous identifying of opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improving data visualizationActing as main point of contact for external and internal auditors Your Qualifications Completed studies in economics with major in accounting or similar further educationGood knowledge of accounting policies in HGB and IFRS especially for accounts receivable processes1-3 years of professional experience in accounting and/or financeMinimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable with solid finance background and knowledge of general ledger processFluent verbal and written communication skills in English and German (min.
