Accounting and Payroll Team Lead

Higher education in Finance, Accounting or related fields., Proven experience as a Chief Accountant in a large company or group of companies., 5+ years of payroll and accounting and team management experience (at least 3 employees)., Excellent knowledge of Polish accounting standards, financial reporting regulations, and tax legislation, Hands-on experience in financial reporting working with both local and international accounting standards., Proficiency in accounting and reporting systems (ideally Microsoft 365 Business Central), as well as Microsoft Excel., Fluency in English, both written and spoken., A passion for accounting tasks and a strong commitment to professional growth.
