Wymagania

Your profile, , • Proven experience in sales, account management, or commercial roles with a strong focus on business development, • Fluent in English; professional command of Polish language is a must, • Strong hunter mentality with a clear track record in acquiring new business and closing deals, • Solid commercial negotiation skills and confidence in managing contracts and pricing discussions, • Ability to read markets, identify opportunities, and act decisively, • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across different cultures and seniority levels, • Results-driven, resilient, and persistent, with a high level of ownership and accountability, • Structured and disciplined way of working, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities in parallel, • Willingness to travel regularly
