Excellent proficiency in Polish. , English proficiency enabling fluent communication with clients across multiple markets (spoken and written) - C1., Experience as an Account Manager / Client Service on the agency or software house side (or similar) - minimum 2 years., Ability to manage several projects/clients at the same time and strong organisational skills., Excellent communication: clear alignment of decisions, assertiveness, solution-oriented mindset., Understanding of the web environment (website maintenance / cooperation on web projects)., Analytical thinking and ability to turn client needs into specifics (scope, priorities, recommendations)., Proactiveness: you spot risks early and drive topics to completion., Experience working with developers building websites/apps., Experience testing technical solutions for promotions/websites., Experience with project management tools (Jira/Monday)., Experience in reporting, performance analysis, and optimising cooperation.
