2 x Quality Assurance Analyst

We are seeking two skilled Quality Assurance Analysts to join our expanding Quality Assurance Team in Amsterdam. The ideal candidates will possess significant experience in QA, specifically in relation to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) operations. Your core focus will be on developing quality standards and conducting tests to ensure compliance and excellence in service delivery for private and corporate clients.Main ResponsibilitiesBe a part of the pioneer group building the new quality assurance framework.Perform quality assurance on private and corporate clients.Produce monthly reports containing quality assurance results and associated metrics using established procedures.Build and establish QA knowledge within the team on quality assurance processes and tasks.Provide insight into quality gaps identified during the quality assurance process and ensure proper communication to management and business owners.Analyze information gathered to develop recommendations for improvement and policy modifications ensuring compliance within the client AML Policy and relevant regulations.Key RequirementsProven track record within Quality Assurance.Strong AML and KYC background and exposure.Working knowledge of QA tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.Excellent data collection and analysis skills.Stakeholder management competencies.Strong attention to detail.Preferably have certifications such as CAMS/ACAMS, ICA, or similar.Experience with at least two client segments: private, corporate, and/or institutional.Proficient in Dutch and English, both oral and written.Nice to HaveExperience in building QA frameworks.Background in financial services industry.Other relevant certifications.Other DetailsThis role is primarily based in Amsterdam, with the opportunity to engage with teams across multiple locations including Belgium and France.
