About the project
Your responsibilities
- 24h phone support (shared duty with other people from the team), i.e., responding to all incoming customer calls, ticket registration, categorization, and conducting or joining bridges with the customer
- Collaboration with the Product Development Manager to monitor and manage Product Backlog
- SLA management and escalation with the company
- Testing / retesting critical fixes if the checks are within capability
- Problem management
Our requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Practical experience in software support or software implementation
- Solid understanding of client/server architecture, networking, and internet technologies
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux systems
- Knowledge of relational databases
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Professional approach to customer service and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Good command of Polish
