AEDs); perform daily HSE inspections, audits, and housekeeping checks, and support internal/external audits., Actively participate in Toolbox Talks and support supervisors in daily safety communication; attend weekly HSE meetings with clients., Ensure compliance with client requirements, ISO 45001/14001, DGUV regulations (e.g. DGUV Rule 101-038), local laws, and environmental standards; review/approve risk assessments and HSE docs., Interpret local regulations/technical docs; support development of safe/efficient work methods; coach teams, deliver HSE briefings/trainings (heights, lifting, emergency response).. Minimum B1 level English (working proficiency)., Minimum 2+ years HSE experience as an Officer on construction/industrial projects (wind farms, oil & gas, heavy industry); 3+ years preferred., Formal HSE qualification (e.g. Postgraduate Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, NEBOSH, SiGeKo, FASI/Safety Officer)., Valid Category B driving license; readiness for 100% onsite presence in variable weather/remote German locations (e.g. Schleswig-Holstein, North Sea); site travel possible., Strong interpersonal skills to engage/influence teams; proactive attitude and commitment to continuous safety improvement., GWO Basic Safety Training (Working at Heights, First Aid, Manual Handling, Fire Awareness)., NEBOSH Certificate/Diploma (required for Pre-Assembly/Offshore); ISO 45001:2018 knowledge/internal/lead auditor cert., Wind energy sector experience; VDSI rules/PTW/risk/lifting/emergency mgmt knowledge.
