Web Developer

Location: Kraków, Poland (Hybrid - minimum 3 days per week from the office)

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join a long-term international project. If you have a strong engineering mindset, extensive experience with modern web technologies, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Taking over and managing application ownership from an external vendor
• Designing and developing new functionalities and enhancements
• Maintaining and optimizing existing applications
• Collaborating with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Applying modern software engineering practices throughout the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and software quality

Requirements:

• 5 years of commercial experience in software development
• Strong expertise in:
• React
• Node.js
• TypeScript
• Cypress
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development
• Deep understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, software architecture, and modern development practices
• Solid knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and global technology teams
