Key Responsibilities

1 EHS System Building & Daily Inspection

- Establish full warehouse EHS management system aligned with Polish environmental, health and safety laws; draft all related rules and operation guides.

- Carry out daily full-site safety patrols, inspect fire exits, power circuits and PPE usage; record hazards and push departments to finish rectification within deadline.

- Organize regular safety training, fire drills and evacuation exercises for all warehouse employees to raise safety awareness.

2 Hazard Identification & Risk Control

- Conduct full warehouse risk assessment for rack storage, forklift operation and chemical materials; create targeted risk control measures.

- Supervise high-risk operations such as equipment maintenance and high-altitude work; implement work permit and on-site guardian rules.

- Manage PPE procurement, distribution and mandatory usage supervision for all operators.

3 Incident Response & Investigation

- Launch emergency response immediately once work injury, fire or equipment accident occurs; protect scene and organize rescue work.

- Complete formal incident investigation reports, identify root causes and track corrective actions to avoid repeated safety events.

- Compile complete emergency plans covering fire, injury and equipment breakdown and update after each drill.

4 Regulatory Compliance & Cross-team Collaboration

- Communicate with Polish labor, fire and environmental inspection authorities and fully cooperate with official audits.

- Embed mandatory safety standards into warehouse SOP together with Process Engineer and QA team.

- Archive all inspection, training and incident records completely for regulatory traceability.

Job Requirements

- Education: Safety / Environmental Engineering major; EHS professional certificates preferred.

- Experience: 2+ years EHS management experience in warehouse or manufacturing plants; fully familiar with Polish/EU workplace safety regulations and emergency drill organization.

- Skills: Capable of hazard assessment and accident root-cause analysis; proficient in fire, electrical and mechanical safety management; able to draft safety training materials and inspection reports.

- Others: Working English; fluent Polish a plus. Rigorous, responsible with strong on-site emergency handling capabilities.
