SummaryWe’re hiring a Video Editor to join our growing remote team - we are considering part and full time applications. This is not a strategy role - you’ll be provided with clear direction and guidance from the team. Your job is to bring that direction to life with precision, creativity, and technical excellence. We operate multiple social media channels across different markets and industries. Content is built from blog posts, news updates, trending topics, and educational/promotional content.

Key Responsibilities

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Editing short-form videos for YouTube and other platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram)

Turning blog and news-based content into engaging social media edits

• Creating multiple versions/formats depending on platform requirements
• Adding music, sound effects, and captions to enhance viewer engagement
• Being able to create scroll-stopping short-form videos using only stock imagery
• Following structured briefs from SEO and Social teams
• Ensuring consistency across different brand styles and markets
• Delivering polished, error-free final exports

• Strong technical editing skills
• Advanced understanding of pacing and hook placement Ability to follow structured briefs precisely
• Experience with short-form, high-engagement content
• Knowledge of industry-standard tools for video editing
• Comfort editing across different industries and tones
• Clean project organization and workflow management
• Ability to translate ideas into complete projects. Strong communication in a remote environment
