We are looking for a Truck dispatcher for the logistics company (US market).

This job is performed in an office environment and cannot be performed remotely.

Location: Krakow

Key responsibilities:

  • Communicate with drivers and customers daily
  • Track trucks and drivers to confirm load scheduling and delivery
  • Build and maintain relationships with both customers and drivers
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints

Requirements:

  • Good verbal communication, decision-making, and negotiation skills
  • Spoken and written English at the Upper-Intermediate level
  • Experience as a Truck dispatcher or Sales Manager will be a plus
