Test PMO Manager | SAP Solution Manager

We are looking for an experienced Test PMO Manager with strong SAP Solution Manager knowledge to support an international project for a leading client.

The role combines strong PMO and project coordination skills with responsibility for planning, coordinating and managing testing activities within a complex IT and SAP environment.

Your Responsibilities:

Define and coordinate the overall test strategy and test planning

• Manage test execution, test sessions, resources, systems and test environments
• Define and coordinate test specifications and test cases
• Prepare and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)

Ensure defined test entry and exit criteria are met

• Coordinate Test Coordinators and support testers during test execution
• Manage defects from identification and tracking through resolution and verification
• Provide regular test progress and status reporting
• Prepare Test Summary Reports, RTM and Validation Reports where required
• Ensure complete and audit-ready test documentation and archiving
• Support overall PMO activities, including status tracking, actions, risks, issues and dependenciesUse SAP Solution Manager for test planning, test execution, traceability and defect management
• Your Profile:

Several years of experience in PMO, Project Management or Project Governance

• Proven experience in IT Test Management
• Strong practical knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, especially in Test Management
• Experience with test planning, test execution, defect management and requirements traceability
• Strong coordination, reporting and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, proactive and quality-focused working styleVery good English skillsNice to have:

Experience in complex SAP transformation projectsSAP S/4HANA project experience

• Experience in international enterprise environments
• Experience in regulated or quality-critical IT environments
