About the roleWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and screen top IT candidates and build a strong pipeline for critical positions.

The mandatory requirements are 1+ year of recruiting experience or a similar client-facing role, experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, and an advanced English level.

Must haves

• Experience within the IT industry as a Recruiter, Sourcer, or similar; What you will doCarry out the candidates’ screenings and provide an assessment of their skills, experience, and cultural fit; Build a robust pipeline of candidates to submit to the clients, prioritizing quality over quantity; Manage candidate data and track progress with a keen sense for detail; Proactively source and identify world-class candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and referrals, with a dedicated approach; Perks and benefits
