About the roleAs a Solution Architect, you will create and document IT solutions on project level. You will collaborate with business, security, and development teams to design digital solutions for both on-premise and cloud environments. A key aspect is ensuring that the designed solutions comply with the governance processes.

How you will get the job donecreating and managing of architecture solutions: this involves designing, explaining, and documenting the architecture solution and security countermeasures primarily within internal projectsdesigning of distributed systems: the role entails the design of distributed systems applications (both front and back end) in AWS, Azure cloud using native cloud/serverless approaches, as same as on-premisecross-environment systems covering: this involves handling end-to-end systems that lay across on-premise and cloud environmentsdocumenting and updating: being responsible for documenting architecture decisions, goals, debts, risks, technical quality requirements in Confluence, and keeping solution architecture documentation up-to-datesolution modeling: the role includes modeling in UML and ArchiMate diagrams of the solutionresearching and advising: this includes researching, evaluating and driving modern technologies/solutions to solve customer needs, advising regarding architecture patterns and other reference architecture components, and making spikes to learn about the technologies introducedperforming other tasks entrusted by superiors, within the scope of the position, and possessed competences

Skills and experience you will needfluency in Englishuniversity degree in Computer Science or a related fieldseveral years of experience in IT architecture with focus on web-based environmentsproficiency in one of the following technology stacks:

JAVA and Spring Boot

• GraphQL and modern Frontend technologies (such as React, Next.js)knowledge of cloud technologies, including AWS, Azureadvanced knowledge of architectural patternsexperience with micro-frontends, modern Frontend architectures, and serverless architectureshands-on knowledge in AI agentic software deliveryopenness, solidity, responsibilitycustomer needs orientation and ability to build relations with customersability to think analytically and work in a teamgreat communication and negotiation skillsability to mentor team members in solution architecture and technologyopenness to supporting the development of technical skills of team membersability to operate effectively under ambiguous requirements and conditions
