Skrót przygotowany przez AI na podstawie treści ogłoszenia.

At Miquido, AI isn't a gadget bolted onto the process — it's the bet we've built the company around.

Before direct dialling, every phone call went through a person: an operator in a room full of cables, plugging one line into another by hand, a few thousand times a shift. Automatic exchanges didn't end the work of connecting things — they moved the human up a level, from patching the cables to designing the network that patched them.

For us, AI is that exchange for backend work: agents handle the wiring, you spend your attention on how the systems should fit together — and on what happens when one of them lies to you.

Contract duration: ~6 months (with possible extension)

What you'll doOwn a backend end to end, as the only Node engineer on the team — design the service, build it, ship it, and defend the decisions in front of the client. Build integration layers over systems you don't control: e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, LLM APIs. The API on the other side might be sometimes incomplete, undocumented or occasionally wrong. Work with the most modern AI tooling out there — and expect it to shift month to month. We'll keep handing you new things and asking you to put them to the test.

What you should bringReal curiosity. You try new tools before anyone tells you to, and you keep an eye on where backend and AI are heading. Plus English at B2/C1 — you'll be comfortable communicating directly with the client on technical topics.2-3+ years of commercial backend experience, including solid hands-on work with Node.js and TypeScript. NestJS experience is a strong plus, production exposure preferred but not required.

The engineering basics done right: comfortable with modern TypeScript and ES6+, understands REST API design principles, exposure to GraphQL and OpenAPI/contract-first work is a plus.

Data and asynchronous work: solid SQL on PostgreSQL (comfortable writing and reasoning about queries), experience with an ORM (TypeORM or Prisma), and at least conceptual familiarity with queues, message buses, or scheduled jobs.

Some exposure to at least one cloud provider (Azure, AWS or GCP) and Docker, basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, and a solid Git and code review habit.

Curiosity and willingness to work with coding agents day to day — Claude Code, Cursor, Codex — even if you're still building fluency with them; openness to reviewing what the agent hands back rather than just accepting it.

The willingness to speak up when something doesn't feel right, even to a non-technical person, and to keep learning how to trust that instinct.

How we actually work (AI-first)

Agentic coding is our default — Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, whatever's best that week. This is genuinely how we want to write code, not a box we tick to sound current.

We're a company that keeps testing new things. No processes carved in stone — we assume the ground keeps shifting, so we try things, measure them, and keep what works.

Lately we work a lot in small, tight teams: 3 to 5 people, properly multidisciplinary, all on one project. Your responsibility is bigger — but so is your impact. What you decide actually shows.

What do we offer?

Flexible B2B cooperation

  • Real impact on architecture and technical decisions
  • Possibility to extend cooperation after the initial contract
  • Work environment where AI is an integral part of development
  • Work your way — we follow a flexible approach and don't have a strict office or hybrid work policy----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------We value your trust in providing us your data, thus, we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. Below you will find the necessary information about the data we collect and process when you send us your CV.
