We are looking for a Signal Processing & Data Analysis Specialist to join our Data Science team. In this role, you will provide technical guidance to migration, engineering, and clinical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of algorithm behavior and expected output characteristics. Your tasks:

Providing technical guidance on signal processing to migration, engineering, and clinical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of algorithm behavior and expected output characteristics

  • Analyzing datasets to identify deviations, edge cases, and anomalies, applying appropriate statistical methods to assess the significance of discrepancies
  • Deconstructing the logic of existing signal processing algorithms and producing clear, well-structured documentation to support validation efforts and enable knowledge transfer across teams
  • Contributing to the design of validation frameworks and test cases, including defining tolerance thresholds and acceptance criteria for comparing algorithm outputs across environments
  • Developing and executing CSV-based comparison workflows to verify the consistency of algorithmic output, identifying and quantifying discrepancies
  • Collaborating with data migration specialists and engineers to resolve data-integrity issues, ensuring all deviations are properly quantified, documented, and traceable
  • Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience with algorithm or software validation, developing data comparison or reconciliation workflows using large tabular or CSV datasetsPhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or a related quantitative fieldSolid understanding of digital signal processing and time-series analysis

  • Proficiency in Python, including familiarity with libraries like SciPy, NumPy, or pandas
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders outside your specialty
  • Advanced level of English and residency in PolandNice-to-have requirements:

Familiarity with database migrations or platform equivalency testing

Experience with high-frequency sensor data
