About the project

Your responsibilities

• Managing configuration and validation documentation for system changes
• Overseeing end-to-end system changes, including requirement gathering and stakeholder alignment
• Designing and prototyping solutions tailored to business needs
• Implementing and configuring Veeva systems as per defined specifications
• Conducting testing and validation to ensure compliance with GxP regulations
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with governance and quality standards
• Staying updated with Veeva General Releases and managing release impacts effectively

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a GxP-regulated environment
• Veeva Certified Administrator certification
• Proven experience in Veeva eTMF
• Strong background in impact assessments and change management
• Hands-on experience managing system validation documentation in Veeva Quality
• Ability to manage system changes from requirement gathering to testing and validation
• Fluent English

Optional

• Experience with Veeva CTMS
• Hands-on execution of digital validation using Jira Xray
