For one of our clients – a global engineering and consulting company with Canadian roots – we are currently looking for candidates for the Senior Structural Designer position to support international projects. The organization has a strong hub in Katowice and delivers projects across industries such as energy, infrastructure, and natural resources. The company combines engineering expertise with a modern approach to data and technology, offering work in a truly international environment.

Your scope of responsibilities:

3D modeling of industrial steel and reinforced concrete structures
Preparation of material take-offs
Creation of technical drawings and project documentation
Working on projects at different stages: concept, basic design, and detailed design
Collaboration with other members of the project team
Participation in project and coordination meetings

What you'll need to succeed :

Relevant technical or higher education (civil engineering or related field)
Minimum 7 years of experience in 3D modeling of structural designs
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
Good command of English, allowing for effective technical communication
Experience with 3D design tools (e.g. Tekla, Revit, or similar)
Strong teamwork skills
Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage tasks effectively
High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and deadlines
