For our site Diehl Aviation in Laupheim we are looking for a:

(Senior) Strategy Manager (m/f/d)

These are your tasks:

• Drive strategic projects that shape the future of Diehl Aviation
• Translate market and competitor insights into concrete strategic recommendations
• Support portfolio and product strategies and identify new business opportunities
• Contribute to M& A assessments and international cooperation projects
• Prepare high-impact presentations and recommendations for senior leadership

Who we are looking for:

• Higher university degree in business, economics, engineering, or similar – MBA is a plus
• Multiple years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy, preferably in aviation
• Strong analytical mindset and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Business fluent in English and German, French is a plus; willingness to travel
