Senior Staff Engineer

Our still-growing Department is composed of well balanced agile teams with a full range of software development experience and the embedded mindset of DevOps culture and continuous delivery approach. Teams are responsible for end-to-end software development including: design, implementation, testing, delivery and maintenance in a 24/7 support model.

• Basic Requirements:12 + years experience in building products and driving their architecture
• Practical knowledge about microservices or other distributed systems and REST API
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math, or related fields
• English language skills allow for efficient communication with our peers and customers in North America
• Participates as a leader from the technical or managerial point of view. Focused not only on daily activities but looking on helping to organize work and planning for the team. Engages himself in complex tasks and defining, and maintaining architecture for the team. Works without supervision from other members of the team. The impact on the team is strong and visible, as well impact on the product and department. His activity should mostly impact the project and department level.

Must have:

Java (Spring), REST

• Kubernetes/Docker or alternatives
• Experience in distributed systems (e.g. Microservices architecture or multiple client-server topology or similar) and hands-on experience with the following aspectsCI\\CD in such systems
• Automated testing
• Cloud experience with AWS or Azure
• Observability and monitoring
• Messaging systems
• Nice to have:

RabbitMQ/AMQ experienceSIP, RTP experience

• GStreamer experience
• Networking knowledge
