Senior R&D Engineer

✅ Your responsibilities:

Design and develop backend services and infrastructure tooling.

Build and integrate networking and VPN technologies into the platform.

Develop scalable, production-grade software using Python, Rust, Go, or similar languages.

Improve deployment workflows, provisioning processes, and infrastructure automation.

Optimize Linux-based environments for performance, reliability, and security.

Research emerging technologies and prototype new technical solutions.

Collaborate with engineers to shape architecture, engineering standards, and best practices.

Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.🧠 Our requirements:

Strong professional experience with Python, Rust, Go, or a comparable systems programming language.

Solid understanding of Linux systems and server environments.

Strong networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, and routing.

Experience working with VPN technologies or tunneling protocols such as WireGuard, OpenVPN, or IPsec.

Hands-on experience building internal tools, backend services, or infrastructure automation.

A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
