Senior QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

Supporting API testing activities (review and write)

Cooperating closely with Business Analysts and Product Owners to understand requirements and define test coverage

Supporting manual testing (~30%)

Working effectively in a Scrum team and contributing to agile ceremonies Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience (minimum 3 years) with test automation tools: Playwright + Typescript (or JavaScript), Cucumber with Java (for API testing)

Experience working with JIRA and qTest

Knowledge of GIT or other version control systems (e.g. Bitbucket)

Very good communication skills and ability to collaborate across roles (developers, analysts, Product Owners)

Ability to identify, reproduce, and clearly document defects

• Ability to challenge assumptions and uncover edge casesSolid understanding of frontend testing and the test pyramid
• Proven track record of working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
• Analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving
• Proactive attitude and ownership of assigned tasks
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

Experience with JavaScript and Cypress in writing automated test cases

• Experience with Selenium in writing automated test cases
• Experience with Rest
