Senior Python Engineer – Algorithms

The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Senior Python Engineer – Algorithms.

Your duties will include:

Developing advanced software solutions in Python

• Designing scalable and maintainable software architectures
• Creating and optimizing algorithms used to solve complex operational problems
• Developing data-driven logic, heuristics, and decision-making mechanisms
• Working on performance optimization and computationally complex problems
• Designing and developing APIs and integrations with external systems
• Testing and validating developed solutions
• Collaborating with engineering teams to improve system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Requirements that must be met:

Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in Python development

• Excellent knowledge of Python
• Strong algorithmic thinking and advanced problem-solving skillsVery good knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity
• Experience designing complex and scalable software systems
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured codeVery good English and Polish
• Availability for on-site onboarding in Warsaw during the first week of cooperation
