Senior Project Manager - Pharma nad Regulatory Affairs (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team, focusing on projects within the pharmaceutical sector. The role involves leading two strategic initiatives: the optimization of an Anaplan platform supporting supply chain planning and the implementation of a unified Regulatory Affairs platform. The larger transformation program aims to consolidate eight existing applications into a single global ecosystem for regulatory document management, publishing, and submission tracking. Your tasks

• Leading complex global projects from initiation through delivery and post-implementation support
• Managing the implementation of enterprise platforms supporting Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain operations
• Coordinating cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors across multiple regions
• Identifying the scope of regulatory documents to be migrated, ensuring compliance with GxP and sector-specific regulations
• Proactively resolving issues before they escalate, ensuring smooth project execution
• Engaging with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project buy-in and support
• Communicating project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders
• RequirementsAt least 10 years of proven project management experience within complex, multinational environments
• Significant expertise in the pharmaceutical industry and a thorough understanding of GxP regulations
• Demonstrated ability to build and implement robust project frameworks from the ground upExceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Outstanding cultural awareness and sensitivity, with experience working in diverse international teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with meticulous attention to detail
• English language proficiency at C1 level or higherNice-to-have requirements
• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are preferred
